Dr. Ciray is a Certified Senior Clinical Embryologist and a Researcher in Assisted Reproduction with 30 years of experience in human assisted reproduction laboratory. He has actively participated in establishment, validation, maintenance, and management of several IVF laboratories. He contributed to R&D in assisted reproduction technologies through publications and research projects. He has served in industry as an R&D Director and a scientific advisor. He has established academic programs, educated and mentored several colleagues in clinical embryology at various career stages.
If we were to identify tools to predict the developmental competency of the oocyte then it would be possible to acquire strategies to minimise the wastage and to increase the efficiency in ART.
